A couple of weeks ago, I found this long floral dress at Salvation Army. To most, the dress may have looked old, baggy and completely not stylish. But for some reason I was just drawn to it. I was determined to make it look more up-to-date and young so I ultimately decided to cut off the bottom portion of the dress. My idea was to make this once-long dress into a cute and shorter shirt dress, but when I tried it on after cutting it, the dress was literally right above my rear!! Needless to say, I will not be wearing it as a dress, but it still makes for a cute jacket!
